ADDITONAL INFORMATION

Our signs must be set up in the grass. You must have a yard to rent our signs. Happy Birthday is approximately 20 feet wide. Our signs are large. We do not accept orders for Trailers. If you do not live in a Single Family Home (Town House, Duplex, or Condo), please make sure you have enough space to fit our signs. If you are unsure, email or message us. We will be happy to look at your yard size and determine if they will fit. If you place your order without contact us and we arrive to set up and our signs do not fit, we will do our best. You will not receive a reimbursement or credit if our signs do not fit.

At this time, we are not accepting any orders from Philadelphia or Montgomery Counties. If your area is not listed, feel free to contact us prior to ordering and we may be able to accommodate you for an additional $25 fee. You WILL BE CHARGED a $5.00 processing fee for all orders needing to be cancelled and refunded for outside our service area.
Our Customers are very important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied with our service; however, we do have a few rules in place to keep things running smoothly:

We respectfully reserve the right to decline a delivery area that we feel may be unsafe for our signs or our Delivery Team. This is rare, and we will contact you if this situation arises.

A – Z Sign Design reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. Declining orders is done so at the owner's discretion. If an order is declined, a refund will be given minus a $5 processing fee. We will not, under any circumstances, put up a “mean” display. We will not allow cruel jokes of any sort. Our business is to make people happy. Please do not “re-arrange” the letters on our signs. The verbiage on all signs MUST be agreed upon by us prior to the processing of your order.

Please do not remove or relocate any of our signs. If you need your display taken down early, please give us a call and we will gladly come and get them. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the A - Z Signs is prohibited. You are responsible for replacement of the graphics, letters or stakes at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced.

Please do not let children play on or around the display or pull up any of the signs. Some of them may look like toys, but they are not. A – Z Sign Design will not be responsible or liable for any injury that may be caused to any person while they are rented and in your recipient’s yard.

We may place a small sign in the yard with our company name, phone number and web address. This sign is unobtrusive and lets the neighbors know how to find us to order a display.

Please arrange to mow and trim your grass BEFORE our set up. Mowers and weed trimmers can ruin the signs. We really appreciate you taking good care of our signs so others can enjoy them too!

Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the sign rental.

Please do not attach balloons to the signs as they can pop and melt on the signs causing damage, especially on warm summer days.

Silly String is prohibited to be used near our signs. When trying to remove it once dried, it peals the paint off of our signs.
